Breanna Fear

What kind of work do you do at Hemminger Law Group Westshore?

I am a Legal Assistant who mainly assists on Family Law and Personal Injury Law Files.

If there was one lesson you learned as a young person that you would like to pass on to others, what would that be?

To have integrity and treat others how I would like to be treated.

What is your home town?

I was born and raised in Campbell River, BC. I moved to Victoria to attend the Legal Assistant Program at Camosun College in 2015 and have decided to stay here in the beautiful Westshore.

What do you love most about Langford and the Westshore?

The things I love most about the Westshore, is the positive community and quick commute to anything I would like to do whether that is go to the beach, go on a woodsy adventure, or go downtown.

Where are your top 3 favorite places and why?

1. Inner Harbour in the heart of downtown Victoria by the water.

2. Jamaica – The white sand beaches and clear blue water.

3. Campbell River – My hometown. It will always have a special place in my heart. The outdoors, ocean, woods.

Outside of the legal profession, what is your passion?

Spending time with my family and going back to my hometown to visit my family, my animals and spend time out on the water. I’d say a passion of mine is riding horses. There is something about a horse that gives you a sense of comfort and happiness of feeling free.

How do you deliver your more as a part of the  more than your ordinary law firm team?

I deliver more by communicating with our client’s in a calm and understanding manner to reach the best solution possible and allowing them to feel a part of our law firm family. It is my attention to detail that assists in ensuring that our client’s are provided with the best legal care throughout what may be the most difficult time in their life.
